A thorough inspection can spot possible problems before they become serious and therefore limit the amount of products that need to be applied. We also know many non-toxic ways of managing an insect infestation including habitat modification, exclusion techniques, the use of growth regulators and the proper use of baits.

Results will vary according to the type of pest, treatment methods and products used. For example, immediate results can be seen when a yellow jacket nest is removed or treated with a liquid pesticide. However, when using baits for ants, rodents the process takes longer since the pests have to ingest the product for it to be effective. Your inspector and technician will outline what your expectations for your particular problem should be.

A regularly scheduled pest service will stop pests before they become a problem. It allows our technicians to watch for and spot possible signs of pest activity and act immediately to eliminate any threat. Our #1 priority is to ensure the safety of your children and pets. Inside applications normally require no special actions or precautions. We use low impact materials and do not apply large quantities of products in your home.

No. Most treatments (regular preventive pest control visits) do not require you to leave OR require you to stay home.  It’s entirely up to you.  The only requirement on an inside treatment is to make sure we have access to get inside.

Price Based FAQs

We pride ourselves on giving every home and business the best prices possible. This is why we cannot just give a general answer. Every pest control situation is unique. We recommend calling us or having us come by to take a look at your pest situation and then we can give you an accurate cost. 

We do offer online bill pay. After service, you will receive an invoice with a link to pay online. You use that link to make your payment. 

We offer military and veteran discounts. Simply show us your ID and we will take your discount off the cost. We do ask that you tell us about your discount before so we can mark your file accordingly.

Customer FAQs

Just because you don’t see them, doesn’t mean they are not there. Insects and other pests do not die during the colder months. Some are overwintering pests that hibernate in your eaves or soffits, weep holes in window frames, and gaps in your siding, and others simply move slower.

We offer 100% satisfaction. If you are still seeing alive pest after we treated for them, give us a call. Our technicians will return to treat your home or business again. We are not satisfied unless you are. 

We offer several ways to get in touch. We pride ourselves on the fact that we answer our calls ourself and don’t send you to an answering service. We just kindly ask that you remember sometimes we are treating another client’s home or business for pest when you reach out. We would never answer the phone when we are servicing your pest control needs and we won’t do that to them. If you leave a message, someone will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
